Refunds
If you would like to Return an item, please contact us within the 2-day return period. The item must meet all return eligibility requirements.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
